| Tiny Tots classes (ages 3-4) Saturday from 10:00 to 10:30. $99 for 2 months(includes free uniform). |
| Children (starting at age 5) to Adults $99.00 for two months of lessons and a uniform (Gi), family discounts are available. |

Womens Kickboxing - Wednesday nights starting January 6, 2010 @ 8:00 - 9:00 PM. Diane Thomas will be instructing (Certified Personal Trainer). $30 for 4 weeks, bring your gloves.
